CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

After providing 5 years of service in the industrial sector, I feel extremely privileged to be writing this message as the Managing Director. This is a special moment in our company’s history as we celebrate our journey success. We began our journey in 2014 and have spent the past few years continuing to build our brand, which has now become synonymous with our commitment to helping our clients knowledge and create innovation.

Our success in Oman is in no small part due to the tireless work of those members who have volunteered their time, energy and expertise to this cause and the many initiatives and activities driven by the headquarters. I thank our local management and staff, past and present, for their vital role in helping Oman Green Readymix fulfill its objectives and for upholding the principles and high standards. As a company, we have seen much change over the past 5 years

We have nearly quadrupled our workforce and have embraced diversity.
We have become a major provider of Govt. infrastructure solutions in the Oman provinces.
We have expanded our presence locally; we now have major clients in Oman Ministry, Royal Oman Police and the wider Government sectors.

It is also important to note what has not changed at Oman Green Readymix, namely our commitments to providing exceptional client service and to living our core values. I am incredibly excited about this journey and truly believe the best of the Infrastructure Revolution is yet to come.

THE IDEA

We, the founder of Oman Green Ready Mix Co. L.L.C. decided that now is the right time to establish a Readymix-Concrete-Company which meets the growing requirements and standards for the upcoming projects in the Sultanate. Our concept will set a new bench mark with an outstanding innovative technology which is in its kind first in Oman. It will give us a sole and leading position in the market. Our main objective is the production and supply of high quality ready-mix concrete to the civil construction companies with their large scale of infrastructural and civil projects as well as to the leading government projects in the Sultanate of Oman.

Our German Management has excellent knowledge in the ready mixed concrete and construction industry with more than 20 years’ experience (including 5 years in Oman, 10 years in ME) in all segments of concreting in residential & commercial projects, road and bridges, airports, off-shore bridges, tunnels, underground metro lines, dams, etc.

INTRODUCTION

Oman’s construction industry is supported by increasing infrastructure investments and the government’s expansionary fiscal policy. Political stability and a government committed to diversifying the economy from oil and gas are helping drive Oman’s construction sector to solid growth.

Under the Sultanate of Oman’s current five-year economic plan, running from 2011 to 2015, the government is investing $10.7 billion in the construction of transport infrastructure and other projects. The ambitious infrastructure spending program totals about $78 billion, according to Deloitte’s 2013 review of the construction sector in GCC countries. The report forecasts Oman construction industry value in fiscal year 2013 at approximately $4.3 billion, representing annual growth of 5.5%. MEED puts the value of all planned projects in Oman at $116 billion.A steady growth in the construction sector and the proposed project for a railway system in the Sultanate will necessitate large quantities of ready mixed concrete.

OMAN-GREEN-READYMIX Co. LLC specialized in designing, production and delivery of the full range of concrete mixes, designed to meet customer specification as well as national and international standards.
